CoralMeet provides business communication tools for conversations between businesses and customers, clients, partners, vendors, contractors, service providers, and other invited external guests.

CoralMeet may include messaging, shared spaces, direct messages, group conversations, calls, files, images, links, search, history, notifications, and related communication features.

3. Accounts and Invited Users

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Businesses are responsible for inviting appropriate external users and managing who should have access to their business spaces and conversations.

4. User Content

Users are responsible for the messages, files, images, links, and other content they send or share through CoralMeet. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share that content.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use CoralMeet for illegal, abusive, spammy, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or security-risky activity. We may suspend or limit accounts, business spaces, or conversations that create risk, violate these terms, or interfere with the service.

6. Service Availability

CoralMeet may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features over time. We may also set reasonable usage limits or access requirements to keep the service reliable and secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoralMeet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the service.
